INCAE´s Executive MBAs (EMBA) main objective is to serve executive leaders and business people, during the transformation process of their organizations in Latin America and the world.  

This Executive MBA has been taught since 1990. More than 500 Managers and business people from all over the region have graduated from this program. These people are the main testimony of the high quality of the EMBA.

The Executive MBA´s success derives from various factors such as its content, level of participants and its format, which has motivated the opening of other EMBAs throughout the region, reaching Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Panamá and Perú, plus the International Executive MBA, taught every year at the Francisco de Sola Campus in Nicaragua.

Panamás Channel Authority (ACP), one of the most important organizations in the region, trusted INCAE with three Executive MBA Programs, to build capacity within three groups of their managerial group.

The EMBA is an experience designed so that the student dedicates only 20% of their time to study, thus not interrupting their professional or personal activities.
