Meal plan at INCAE
Meal plans apply only to single students and married students living in the campus without their families, in the single-student housing area. Married students wishing to purchase the meal package must approach Níger Barrios at the Finance Office for payment arrangements.
Items covered by lodging fees
Lodging fees include only basic housekeeping and maintenance. Electricity bills are charged separately and paid for by all house residents.
What about having guests in my house at INCAE?
Guests are not allowed at single-student houses. Visitors wishing to stay on campus must make rental arrangements with INCAE’s Housing and Maintenance Department.
Medical insurance fee
Included in tuition fee. No extra payment required.
Should I have INCAE insurance even if I am already insured?
Not needed as long as you submit a copy of your current valid insurance policy plus a letter releasing INCAE of liability. Your insurance policy must cover you at least all over Latin America and must be in force for the entire length of the Masters Program.
Leaving the campus
INCAE can assist you in finding transportation out of campus. Students are responsible for transportation costs.
What can I do at the campus in my leisure time?
Sports. You can visit the in-campus gym anytime. You can borrow some equipment from the Student Life Office for:
