Master in Business Administration (MBA)

Application process

Request a password to access INCAE´s On-line Admission System.

Complete the requested information as indicated at INCAE´s On-line Admission System
Cancel the application fee (US$120). Consult for procedures at the corresponding INCAE office
Send the following information to the corresponding INCAE office :

  • Resume, showing at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Three letters of recommendation that verify professional and/or academic accomplishment. (Download the form at INCAE´s On-line Admission System )
  • Four photographs.
  • Copy of your passport or ID document
  • Authenticated copy of your University Degree.
  • Official Undergraduate Transcript, with a corresponding evaluation scale.
  • Medical certification.
  • *Admission evaluation at INCAE, Official TOEFL, GRE or GMAT.

Upon reception of these documents, personnel from an INCAE office will contact you to coordinate attendance to the following:

  • *Interview with an INCAE representative.

Deadlines: INCAE has rolling admissions throughout the year.

Note: Incomplete applications will not be considered. Candidates who are not accepted can repeat the process two years after application. Admission expires 1 year after approval.
