INCAE is a private, non for profit, multinational academic institution, dedicated to teaching and research in the fields of administration and economics. INCAE´s objective is to facilitate the education of individuals capable of successfully assuming the best managing positions in Latin America.
INCAE´s mission is to serve the Latin American region, by focusing in nurturing agents of change. A few years ago, the organization decided to expand the MBA program taught in Costa Rica to other regions, by offering an equivalent program in English. Since then, students from Europe, Asia, the Caribbean and North America have been sharing experiences and nurturing relationships with their Latin American counterparts.
