Career Services

Career Services INCAE attends MBA students’ needs, as well as alumni, recruiters and headhunters’ queries related to the job market.

Students at INCAE receive “Career Coaching”, training them in different areas such as:

  • Personal Marketing
  • Resume creation and improvement
  • Business dinner/lunch etiquette  
  • Job interviews and salary negotiation
  • Carreer projection

We have a Job Database available for our students.

We help connect recruiters and headhunters with students for practical training placements as well as permanent job offers thorugh a series of tools. The most important are our Job Database for INCAISTAS, the On line rectruitment system and the Colocation Fair at INCAE.

The details are in our Student Intranet service.  Our alumni are connected through “miSSI” (Alumni Intranet). We invite recruiters and headhunters to navigate our section through the left hand menu.
