The MCP is a fundamental requirement to obtain the MBA degree. The project is developed during eight weeks (October to December). A team of students dedicates itself to work with an organization on a topic that the management considers important to decide or resolve, which is related to the company or organization's strategy. Each group of students (normally 5 people) has a supervising professor or guide, who provides support in carrying out the work, especially from the methodological and academic points of view. This professor makes two visits to the company, one in the second week of work and the other in the fifth or sixth weeks. Companies that participate in an MCP receive a series of recommendations, justified by data, to improve their performance.
