Leadership for Change

INCAE’s MBA Program aims at training leaders in sectors key to the socioeconomic development of the region; develop or update the capacity of students and graduates in management, entrepreneurship and contextual analysis; prepare them to identify opportunities and manage the processes necessary for generating desirable changes in the organizations and communities where they work; and develop ability as leaders and agents of change, teamwork skills, self-confidence and perseverance in tackling the challenging situations to which they are exposed in emerging nations.

In both design and content, the program incorporates several vehicles to promote leadership training, such as courses in decision making, leadership and values, teambuilding under pressure, group work and fieldwork, all designed to bring the student closer to the program’s stated objectives.
