For almost half a century, INCAE has trained some of the most talented and promising young leaders of the Region. Our 13,000 alumni work in the top echelons of the most influential businesses and governments, helping lead our countries toward prosperity using the strategies they first learned at INCAE.   Today, the need is even greater for the kind of smart, socially responsible leaders that INCAE produces.

Enlightening Minds: Supporting the Faculty

A principal reason INCAE has ascended to the top tier of international business schools in such a relatively short time is its faculty. Leaders and innovators in their fields, INCAE professors hail from some of the most prestigious institutions in the world, including Harvard, Yale, MIT and Oxford. More than 95% hold doctoral degrees. 

INCAE Impact Centers

To further the school’s scope of applied research and deepen its influence in the Region, in 1996 INCAE established the Latin American Center for Competitiveness and Sustainable Development (CLACDS).  CLACDS’ issue-driven research projects strive to provide the most relevant and innovative information to address Regional agendas. The Center also houses three INCAE initiatives that conduct ongoing work surrounding particular issues:

Our students need and deserve high-quality spaces in which to live and work while attending INCAE. While our campuses are meticulously maintained, many buildings need renovating.
