Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use (Terms and Conditions) carefully before using any of our services.
By accessing INCAE's web site, the User accepts its standards of use, as well as the Liability Waiver clause, the applicable Intellectual Property Rights and our Privacy and Security Policy. The User must read the specific conditions established to access and use certain services in INCAE Business School's web site. Access to such services also implies the User accepts those clauses.
Access to the site is free and does not establish any commercial, contractual or professional relationship among its users and INCAE Business School.
The site might include access to forums that do not have moderators and which might display personal opinions and other expressions of people who participate in them, covering a wide variety of topics. Neither the content of these forums, nor the links they included to other third party sites, are reviewed, monitored or approved by INCAE Business School. INCAE Business School is not the editor of any content in these forums, or any sites accessed through them, acting only as a service provider.

Rules for Online Behavior
The user agrees with the site's standards of use, according to valid law. As INCAE Business School is a non-profit organization, it is not authorized to use the site to organize activities for organized political parties.

Material protected by copyright or any other legal rights, such as software, graphs, text, photographs, sound, video, and music, may not be published on the site without the express authorization of the material's owner.
INCAE Business School students are expected to behave according to established standards of behavior. Not abiding by them is sufficient cause for expulsion from the institution
INCAE Business School does not routinely monitor the information posted by the site's users. However, it reserves the right to remove any content that violates the previously mentioned rules, even when it is not its obligation.
The User agrees not to log into or attempt to log into another user's account, or falsify or attempt to falsify his/her identity while using the site.
Permission to Use Materials
Considering the User agrees with the Terms and Conditions herein, INCAE Business School guarantees a personal and untransferable access license (for sections requiring it). The User may download information from the site only for personal and not commercial use. The User agrees to use the site only for legal purposes. INCAE Business School will not represent the User regarding his/her to transmit or receive information from or through the site, and the User agrees and acknowledges his/her ability to access the site may be impaired. INCAE Business School denies any and all liability related to such events
The User is responsible for any damages or harm of any nature they might cause by failing to comply with these Terms and Conditions or any applicable regulation and therefore frees INCAE Business School from any civil, criminal, administrative liability or any other type of liability.

The logo, name and all graphs on the INCAE Business School site are property of INCAE Business School.
