Career Services

INCAE Career Services (CSI) simultaneously serves employers, MBA students, and graduates in relation to all sorts of career topics.

Employers. Through our Job Pool, the On-line Recruiting System and the Professional Talent Fair, CSI cooperates with local and multinational companies in identifying professional talents required. To do so, it relies on the INCAE Network comprising no less than 200 MBA students per year and over 13,000 INCAE graduates since 1964.

MBA Students. Through our Professional Talent Fair, Career Services section at the Students’ Intranet, and our Career Coaching Program (CCP), MBA students are trained on a wide variety of topics including personal marketing, resume writing, job interview development, salary negotiation, table etiquette, and different business cultures, among others. Also, they are provided with various scenarios to choose among different internships and permanent job offers.

Alumni. Through Career Services at Alumni’s Intranet, graduates can access a number of different services including Job Pool, as well as recruiting pages and online materials to improve their personal marketing efforts.
