Global EMBA is designed to facilitate an interactive, efficient, and more global process in your student training:

• It starts with leveling courses to teach basic development of techniques and skills required in interpreting and forecasting the economic and political business environment. They are complemented with more advanced courses during the second part of the Program.
• Local and global modules impart a deeper and personal knowledge of our region and key areas of global economy.

The following modules are included:

• Local: Four modules can be taught in your country of residence (if there are at least 30 local students enrolled in the program); otherwise, they may choose between defined local modules and the Francisco de Sola Campus in Nicaragua.
• Regional: A visit to the Walter Kissling Gam Campus in Costa Rica.
• Virtual: Two courses will be taught virtually.
• Global: A visit will be made to the United States, Europe, and China, where renowned local business schools will round out the Program’s globalized vision.

• A minimum five years of professional experience at management level.
• College degree granted by an educational institution recognized by INCAE.
• A letter from the company you work for stating their commitment to allow you the time required for you to participate in the Program.
• A minimum 30 years of age.
• Filling out the Application for Admission.
• Interview
• Paying the US$50 admission fee.
• Medical Certificate.
• College transcript.
• Certified copy of college diploma.
• A copy of passport or citizen’s identification card.
• Curriculum Vitae.
• Two letters of recommendation in INCAE Format.
