The Master’s Program in Global Real Estate Management (GREM) grants you a double degree allowing you to get trained together with students from the best business schools in the world. The alliance promoted by Wisconsin Business School includes three of the most renowned schools in the world offering a cutting-edge master’s program in their field:
- INCAE Business School. Alajuela, Costa Rica.
- HEC Paris. Paris, France.
- HKUST Business School. Hong Kong, China.
International Real Estate demands well-trained professionals that understand complex global markets and the nuts and bolts of real assets. This new academic proposal provides you with specialized information for you to become a global industry leader in this area.
The Program has two parts: the first one takes place at INCAE Business School and the second one at Wisconsin. Once the first part is over, you may apply for the second degree at Wisconsin Business School.

You will be able to choose between our two MBA formats:
- Bilingual MBA: 8 modules at INCAE + 5 months at Wisconsin
- 15-Month MBA: 7 modules at INCAE+ 5 months at Wisconsin
This program is also open to INCAE alumni that graduated at the most 5 years ago and who are interested in studying one semester at Wisconsin.
Program Structure
During the first year, students will be introduced to the world of leadership techniques with broad information and useful tools for developing management skills, as well as functional area knowledge.
In the second year, students will be able to take elective courses of their choice, such as Finance, Sustainable Development, Industry and Technology, and Marketing. During the last semester they may start the double degree program at Wisconsin Business School.

INCAE Business School MBA students that successfully finish the Real Estate Finance introductory course at Wisconsin will be eligible for studying their last semester on GREM. In sharing with students from the three partner schools at Wisconsin you will gain a truly global learning experience, in addition to spending classroom time with the world’s future Real Estate leaders.
The semester at Wisconsin begins in mid-January and ends in mid-May, and includes classroom learning opportunities and applied learning:
A minimum of five Real Estate courses.
- A study trip to a major Real Estate market in the United States to establish contacts with industry leaders and visit real estate projects.
- A series of interactive extracurricular activities.
As a GREM graduate you also become a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, which will expand you global contact network and build a bridge for future international cooperation.
