thumb EncuentroINCAE delivers an unforgettable experience marking the future of those who have gone through it. Interacting with faculty, sharing with classmates from all over the world, and analyzing case studies will forever be part of the most precious memories of INCAE alumni.

Around 60 INCAE graduates from different classes and 14 Latin American countries gathered in Miami to meet with INCAE faculty and administrative staff at the Ninth International INCAE Alumni Encounter held on December 2nd. These comprised graduates from various programs including PAG, MBA, MIAM, EMBA and many others who met to discuss, remember, and listen to presentations from excellent lecturers who participated in the event. They had the opportunity to listen to a lecture by Professor Arturo Cruz on the perspectives for the world's new political scenario; listening to the Dean of Executive Education, Camelia Ilie, on neuroscience, and learn about coaching with Academic Director and Coach from ESADE Business School Patricia Cauqui and TVE anchor Julián Reyes.

The event also featured a presentation by INCAE Rector Enrique Bolaños and Harry Strachan, who has served as assistant professor, Academic Director, Rector and board member of INCAE, in addition to chairing INCAE's Strachan Chair for Philanthropy and Social Investment. At a very emotional moment former Professor Luis Sánz was remembered and a book titled "Toda una Vida" was presented as a memorial.

"We are very pleased to see INCAE alumni gathered, listening to great lectures from INCAE professors and strengthening their ties with INCAE," said Rector Enrique Bolaños, who added that he hopes "that more and more graduates will feel part of INCAE."

INCAE has more than 15,000 graduates from its various MBA programs and the Top Management Program (PAG), from all over Latin America and the world.

This is why INCAE calls on graduates to help more people live this experience. At the event, Anthony Privetera, President of INCAE's Country Challenge, made a presentation on this project that seeks that more and more INCAE alumni to approach their alma mater. "Only by joining forces can we achieve the goals that will allow INCAE to continue to reap success both as a school and as a platform contributing to the region's development. Just as INCAE changed our lives, we can help INCAE continue to change the lives of others," said Privetera, calling participants to contribute to INCAE projects, the work of its impact centers and scholarship programs, and to be part of this work by going to www.desafiopaisincae.org .

"This Ninth International Encounter is an opportunity to strengthen ties at the INCAE alumni community, take advantage of contact networks developed through INCAE, meet again with former classmates and teachers, and be part of INCAE's exciting future. We are excited to see how successful the Encounter was," said Wendy Rodríguez, INCAE alumna and Director for Latin America of INCAE's Advancement & Alumni Affairs Department, who was in charge of organizing the event.
