INCAE and ANEP signed a cooperation agreement to promote training

INCAE Business School signed today an agreement with the National Association of Private Enterprise (ANEP) of El Salvador in order to mutually cooperate in training, academic and research.

Through this agreement the two organizations join forces to help develop business in El Salvador through training of ANEP collaborators and its members.

The agreement was signed today by the INCAE National Committee chairman in El Salvador, Alejandro Poma, and the president of ANEP, Jorge Daboub.

INCAE is committed to provide training through open executive seminars for middle and senior member of the associate companies and to collaborate in the development of in company programs and facilitate possible consultancy agreements.

Through the agreement, INCAE will provide advice and support in the process of admission to applicants who ANEP submit and their members, to study different INCAE Master Programs, either the MBA, or the Global Executive MBA (EMBA).

The first activity undertaken as part of the agreement is Middle Management Program (MMP) which will be held in San Salvador from October 15 to 19, and a second module from November 26 to 30. This is the first time that the MMP is provided outside INCAE campuses, seeking to contribute to the urgent need to support human capital development at the highest level in the country's businesses.

The MMP is designed for professionals with high potential, serving managerial functional areas in organizations, entrepreneurs or owners of companies with growth potential.
