Background

INCAE Business School is on the global forefront of women’s leadership, empowerment, and equal opportunity. In 2008 INCAE became the only business school in Latin America and one of the first globally to form a Center dedicated exclusively to the advancement of the leadership potential of women. Our internationally acclaimed MBA program is the first to develop courses, student organizations and networks specifically tailored to the needs of women leaders in Latin America. In a global climate where female enrollment in business schools is on the decline, we are the only business school, in which women exceed 40% of the entering MBA class. INCAE’s commitment to academic excellence and strong connections within the Latin America private and public sector have enabled the Center for Women’s Leadership to become a vital bridge between scholarly findings, professional best practices and the transformation of gender diversity policies and practices.
