INCAE develops the Management Program
Costa Rica, November 29, 2014—The Walter Kissling Gam Campus welcomed 103 professionals from 17 countries as part of the program: Management with Leadership, which took place from November 24-29.
This INCAE program has a 24-year history and is unique due to the academic focus and the opportunity students have to participate in practical activities that enrich the curriculum. Participants have the opportunity to be advised on topics such as coaching and psychology, enabling them to exercise better leadership and enjoy a better quality of life.
This program is complemented by a ropes course to push participants to apply their understanding of personal leadership, attitudes and teamwork skills. In the same way, professionals and executives can increase their knowledge and develop new skills to act with greater vision, assertiveness and confidence. The program also provides training in the use of analytical tools and team exercises to take back to their organizations.
