Honduran, with a degree in Banking and Finance, Cecilia Laing began her work in the banking industry as a division leader for one of the largest financial groups in the region developing a customer base in SME and strengthening a workforce for four years.
Characterized by her drive for excellence, she obtained an MBA from INCAE Business School, the best business school in Latin America, being part of the top 20% of her class. She later decided to change industries and join INCAE´s admissions team, to search for the best talent in Latin America and to serve as Admissions Manager for Ecuador and Colombia.
Cecilia is a life-consultant, enjoys traveling, seeing new places and gazing at natural landscapes. She is an avid reader of the Bible, self-help books and personal finance. She also regards topics related to politics, work-life balance, the role of women in business and personal finances as relevant and personally interesting. Currently, she is dabbling in one of her new passions: the Italian language.
