Guillermo Selva Tapia, full-time senior lecturer, has a Ph.D. in Business Administration with emphasis in Operations Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also holds two degrees from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, a Masters Degree in Electromechanical Engineering (MScEE) and a Masters in Industrial and Systems Engineering y (MScISE).
He received his doctoral degree in Economics with honors at the University of Pennsylvania. He has been a faculty member at Northwestern University, visiting professor at the University of Michigan, Research Affiliate at Institut de Anàlisi Econòmica de Barcelona, and professor and Dean at INCAE Business School.
Professor Roy Zúñiga has a Ph.D in Industrial Engineering with emphasis on Operations and Systems Strategy from Universidad de Valladolid, Spain. He also pursued doctoral studies in Business Management at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology. In addition, he has a Master of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and Environmental Management from the University of Oregon, USA. He received his MBA degree and a graduate degree of Functional Management from INCAE, where he graduated with High Honors. Moreover, he holds a Licentiate Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Costa Rica and graduated as an ISO 9000 quality auditor.
