MBA Curriculum | Master in Business Administration Degree Program | INCAE Business School

The MBA Latin American Leadership is a program for a world-class MBA degree. It is mainly taught in Spanish with some electives in English. It has a 14 month duration; the first five modules on the Nicaraguan campus and the rest on the Costa Rican campus, plus 2 months conducting a Management Consulting Project.

The first part focuses on facilitating the development of managerial skills, as well as knowledge in the functional areas of administration. In the second semester, the students can take elective courses towards the chosen specialty (Sustainability, Marketing, Operations & Technology, Finance & Economics or Entrepreneurship). In the Entrepreneurial track specialization courses will be selected by the program directors according to the specific needs of each student.

The project (MCP) is a fundamental requirement of the program. It deals with an important strategic issue that the management of an organization wants to solve and develop in any country in Latin America, the United States or Europe. The MCP is considered one of the most enriching experiences of the program and becomes a valuable networking opportunity between the students and potential employers.
