Leading change with great leaders in the region
The age of great technological, social, political and economic change we live in makes it difficult to identify what is strategic, important, or urgent for today's organizations. These changes involve ever greater challenges for entrepreneurs, presidents, and CEOs in Latin America, who have increasingly less time to reflect, share, and discuss about the future of their countries and organizations.
For these executives INCAE offers the Presidents’ Club, an exclusive platform for business leaders from the region to reflect and debate. This month the sixth edition of the Presidents’ Club was held in Costa Rica, bringing sixty-six participants from 12 countries who met at Campus Walter Kissling Gam on February 24-26. The agenda included sessions on the challenges of talent management in a digital world, responsible leadership, business families in Latin America and Spain, the creation of international digital currency, and the impact of social progress in the region.
The group also enjoyed a welcome dinner, recreation and networking. In closing, a conclusions session was held under the leadership of INCAE Rector Enrique Bolaños and Dr. Camelia Ilie-Cardoza, INCAE’s Dean of Executive Education.

First Class of the Executive Master’s in Business Analytics Program
In addition, on February 16 the first edition of the Executive Master’s in Business Analytics program ended. Thirty-four participants concluded the last module of this part-time master's program offered in conjunction with ESCP Europe School of Business.
The closing module was held at Campus Walter Kissling Gam in Costa Rica, focused on Management Science, the analytics of operations management, and Social Networks Analytics.
Students concluded a program which took them through the world of business analytics, from predictive statistics and database management to marketing to cloud computing and e-commerce."

We are experiencing the fourth industrial revolution where data is the new oil and a strategic asset of any company," said Costa Rican José Pablo Arias Soto, Head of Commercial Operations at Florida Bebidas.
In March, INCAE will have a new edition of two strategic programs in Leadership and Organizational Transformation.
From March 18 to March 22, the first module of the Executive Coaching Certification Program will be held to help participants improve their influence and leadership ability and obtain double accreditation from INCAE - ACSTH / ICF (the International Coach Federation).
On March 25-27, the High Impact Communication program will be offered, designed to help participants lead from communication and strongly convey their companies’ message to any audience.
Both programs will be a good preamble to the Top Management Program - PAG, whose first edition for this year will be starting on April 1. PAG will be taught entirely in Costa Rica.
With its flexible modular format, its top-level Faculty and access to an international network of more than 16,000 INCAE alumni, PAG is the most renowned executive program offered by INCAE.
